At The Happy Groundhog Studio we have a Heart❤️ for all people to know that they are loved and worthy of a better life. We are doing that currently through donating a portion of our sales and time to organizations working locally and globally with the same mission. Ever wonder why we sew a heart on every creation? It reminds us of His love. We believe in a bigger purpose through God's love for us and others.
Each month The Happy Groundhog Studio supports a child in Nicaragua. Compassion International exists as a child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled adults. Today, Compassion helps more than 1.3 million children in 26 countries, and are happy to be apart of that!
We have helped to support 2 aftercare homes in India for girls that have been rescued from a life of Human Trafficking through Crossroads Church. While visiting one of these homes I had the opportunity to teach some sewing skills to the girls, it was amazing! We made these HEART ornaments...
